BALTIMORE (AP) – The Baltimore Orioles are usually going to win a game in which they score seven runs and Chris Tillman is their starting pitcher. That formula went awry Sunday against Toronto, when Tillman was uncharacteristically ineffective from start to sooner-than-expected finish.
