COMMENTARY | Somehow, the Chicago Cubs are only nine games under .500 here at the All-Star break. While I can't imagine any team aspiring to that sort of record, when you consider the Cubs finished 40 games under .500 last season you start to appreciate the strides the team has made over the course of the last year.
