The Arizona Cardinals and San Francisco 49ers have released their seven-man inactive list for their game that begins at 1 PM Arizona time. For Arizona there are little surprises. Tight end Rob Housler, who injured his hip during the week, is inactive, which means significant playing time for rookie Troy Niklas.
